Privacy Policy

Effective September 24, 2026

Wolia doesn’t collect, sell or share your personal data. There’s no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your habits stay on your Apple Watch and in your own iCloud account.

What the app stores

To do its job, Wolia keeps:

• the habits you add, with their weekly goals and limits;
• the marks you log, and when you logged them;
• your settings, such as the time of the weekly review reminder.

This data is stored on your Apple Watch. If iCloud is on, it also syncs through your private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit and iCloud key-value storage. It lives in your iCloud, under Apple’s privacy policy, and we have no way to access it.

Watch face complication

The Wolia complication shows your week at a glance. To draw it, the app shares a summary of your progress with its own complication, on your watch only.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Wolia schedules a weekly review reminder on your watch. It’s scheduled locally; nothing about it is sent to us or anyone else.

What we don’t do

• No accounts or sign-in.
• No advertising, and no tracking across apps or websites.
• No analytics, crash reporting or other third-party code in the app.
• No access to your location, contacts, photos or health data.

When you contact us

If you email us or write in our Telegram chat, we receive what you send, such as your email address or Telegram username and your message. We use it only to reply and to improve Wolia, and never share it. Messages in the Telegram chat are visible to its members and are also covered by Telegram’s privacy policy.

This website

wolia.me uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. It’s hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Deleting your data

Deleting Wolia from your Apple Watch removes the data stored on it. To remove the copy synced to iCloud, delete Wolia’s data in your iCloud storage settings on your iPhone. Because we never have your data, we can’t delete it for you, but we’re happy to help if you get stuck.

Children

Wolia isn’t directed at children under 13. It collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
